If you want to pause or end your subscription – no problem. You can easily do this yourself in several ways:
Pause your subscription: Log in with your user in the online store. Click on "Manage subscription", then on "Pause subscription", which you will find at the bottom right under the overview of your existing subscriptions. Then click "Confirm" when asked if you're sure you want to pause the subscription. You can resume your subscription at any time if you wish to continue with it at a later date.
End subscription: Log in with your user in the online store. Click on "Manage subscription", then on "Cancel subscription", which you will find at the bottom right under the overview of your existing subscriptions. Finally, click "Cancel Subscription" when asked if you are sure you want to cancel the subscription. You can resume your subscription at any time if you wish to continue with it at a later date.
