How do I return or exchange the product?

Yes, the product purchased at norwegiansalmon.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that if the product is damaged due to incorrect use or negligence, it cannot be returned. Additionally, the package must be unopened to qualify for a valid return.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from norwegiansalmon.dk.
I received the product as a gift. Can it be returned?
Yes, if the product was purchased from norwegiansalmon.dk, you can return it within 14 days of delivery by GLS. We will need the purchaser's name, and the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service at support@norwegiansalmon.com to confirm the return. If the product was bought in a shop, please contact them directly.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that any shipping charges will not be refunded. Depending on your bank, it may take between 2-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
