1. Conclusion of the Contract:
The contract is concluded when you complete the ordering process on our website.
2. Prices:
The prices applicable at the time of the order are valid. All prices include statutory VAT on Omega-3 products. Shipping costs are listed separately and shown on the invoice. Prices, promotions, and coupons are valid until their specified expiration dates.
3. Shipping Costs:
On following subscription orders shipping is included in the price.
4. Delivery:
Delivery is carried out by GLS from our warehouse in Denmark to the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We strive to fulfill your delivery preferences.
5. Payment Methods:
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, Trustly, Riverty. The invoice will be included with the goods.
6. Complaints:

7. Retention of Title:
The delivered goods remain the property of Norwegian Nutrition ApS until the purchase price has been paid in full. The customer is not entitled to resell goods still under retention of title.
8. Miscellaneous:
Medicines must be stored carefully and out of reach of children. Follow packaging instructions and usage guidelines. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
We reserve the right to make product and price changes, and to correct printing, calculation, and typographical errors. All rights to texts, photos, drawings, and graphic designs are owned by Norwegian Nutrition ApS. Any reproduction or other use beyond personal use is prohibited without our express consent.
